Church then to the Cemetery
If you are having a service at a Church the coffin is brought to the Church in the hearse and our staff are there to assist. At the end of the service family and friends follow the hearse to the cemetery where a committal service is held at the graveside.
Alternatively, at the end of the church service the hearse leaves and only the immediate family go to the graveside.
Cemetery Chapel then Burial
There are many cemetery chapels that can be used for a religious or non-religious service. These chapels have all the necessary facilities for a funeral service including microphones, sound systems and AV equipment. These chapels are very convenient because of their central location and parking and they often have catered function rooms.
A Graveside Service
The hearse and coffin meet the family and mourners at the cemetery office. Everyone follows the hearse to the graveside.
We can arrange for chairs and a canopy to be set up at the graveside. We can also arrange for a sound system with microphone and music.
The coffin is placed over the grave, a service is held at the graveside followed by the burial.
Your Choice of Location
There are a number of beautiful locations that a funeral can be held; a family home, a reception venue, sporting club, park or community hall. We are able to arrange a service at a place that is significant to you and your family.
A Memorial Service
A memorial service is when there is a service without the coffin present.
Some people prefer a private burial service with only family and close friends allowing them a chance to grieve in private. This can be followed by a more public memorial service open to every to attend.
Another option is for the burial to take place with no service or no attendance, our staff look after all the necessary arrangements for the burial. A separate memorial service can be arranged at a later date.
